The new song Kudiyee Ni Terii from Akshay Kumar’s upcoming film is out. Crooned by The PropheC and Zahrah S Khan, the song stars Akshay Kumar and Mrunal Thakur grooving to the beats. The actors are turning up the heat in the song.

In the song, Akshay Kumar is showing off his six-pack abs, and Mrunal Thakur looks stunning in an all-glam avatar. The music video was uploaded by Karan Johar on his Instagram handle with the caption, It’s a full vibe and you can now groove to it! Kudiyee Ni Teri song out now!

The song has received more than 510K views so far. Fans are loving the chemistry between Akshay and Mrunal. One of the users wrote This song is going to hear whistles and chatters in theatres. Mrunal, Akkiiii and PropheC totally killed it. Another commented, Wow Akshay and Mrunal both look so cool together. Their chemistry is looking so real in the song, he added.

The music video is directed by Ahmed Khan and is choreographed by Prince Gupta. Kudiyee Ni Teri is produced under the banner of Play Desi Music Factory.

Speaking about her cameo in Selfiee, Mrunal said she had a blast shooting for the song. She said she hasn’t done something like this earlier and the vibe on the set was super fun and peppy, much like the number itself. Shot for a few days for the song and it was a special experience. She said she is excited to see the audience’s reaction to the song.

Recently the makers unveiled the first song of the film Main Khiladi which received massive responses from the fans. The song was a recreated version of the 90s hit song ‘Main Khiladi Tu Anari’ which starred Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan.

His clarification came after his name had been circulating in discussions about possible contestants for Bigg Boss 20.

Batwara 1947 has had a disappointing run at the box office, and actor Shabana Azmi has now shared her thoughts on why the film may not have connected with audiences. According to Azmi, one possible reason could be the difficulty some viewers had in accepting Sunny Deol as a Muslim character.

The film, which also features Preity Zinta and Shabana Azmi, was released on August 14. It has reportedly earned around Rs 53 crore so far, while Awarapan 2, which released on the same day, has crossed the Rs 200 crore mark.

Azmi also suggested that there may have been confusion among some viewers about Sunny Deol’s character in Batwara 1947. She said that even some people who had watched the film believed Deol was playing a Pakistani character, whereas, according to her, he plays an Indian Muslim.
