As the fuel price in India touching the sky with each day passing, many car manufacturers now focusing to launch or update their vehicles in CNG or EV. The Korean automaker Kia also seems like all to turn it’s one of the hot-selling vehicles Carens in CNG version. The car’s test mule already has been spotted while testing in some cities and districts which has revealed a lot of information about the car.

As far as the Carens CNG variant launch date is concerned, the reports have suggested that the company is likely to launch the car at the end of 2022 or the start of 2023. As of now, the firm is focusing on another big launch, under which it will soon be unveiling its Kia Sonet in the CNG version, which already has been spotted many times while testing.

Kia Carens CNG specs, features and important details

If rumored to be believed, Kia is likely to introduce the Carens in CNG variant with 1.4L turbo petrol. Reports also suggested that the vehicle also will be available with the 1.5L naturally-aspirated petrol engine. If the Carens hit the market in the CNG version, it will be the first CNG model in the country which will have a turbo petrol engine.

AS per the spy shots, the Carens CNG will come with some noticeable changes in terms of the exterior as well as interior. The customers might witness some disappointment when it comes to boot space. In the CNG variant, customers might see less space in the boot due to its CNG cylinder. As far as power is concerned, the MPV is likely to have less power as compared to its petrol version, but it will give the decent mileage in gas.

Reports said the company might carry forward some key features in its upcoming Carens’ CNG version such as, power steering, automatic dual climate control, ABS with EBD, and parking sensors among others.

After winning the hearts of all the car enthusiasts in India with the feature-loaded SUV Hyryder in fuel variant, the Japanese carmakers now dropped another bomb by converting it into CNG and launched it in the country today.

After winning the hearts of all the car enthusiasts in India with the feature-loaded SUV Hyryder in fuel variant, the Japanese carmakers now dropped another bomb by converting it into CNG and launched it in the country today. The company has introduced the four-wheeler in two variants named namely S and G that starts with a starting price of Rs 13.23 lakh (ex-showroom).

Interested customers can now pre-book the vehicle by giving a token amount of Rs 30,000 to the company’s authorized showrooms. The same also can be booked from Toyota’s official website. However, the company has not revealed when it will start the delivery of vehicles as of now.

Know everything about the Toyota Hyryder CNG version

The newly launched SUV features a 1.5-liter, four-cylinder K Series engine combined with a five-speed manual transmission. The company claimed that the engine in CNG will generate a mileage of 26.6km/kg and will churn out 102 bhp power and 137 Nm of peak torque.

Talking about the features, the SUV is equipped with company fitted i-smart CNG system, under which the driver can detect the gas capacity, and mileage in its instrumental cluster. Apart from this, the vehicle also will have automatic climate control, wireless supported Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, LED DRLs, projector headlamps, an updated nine-inch touchscreen infotainment system, cruise control mode, Toyota i-Connect technology, auto-folding ORVMs, and auto-dimming IRVM.

As far as the safety features are concerned, the vehicle will come with six airbags, ABS, EBD engine immobilizer, seat belt reminder, speed alert, and front and rear parking sensors with back camera guidelines.

On the exterior, the company has not made any major changes but customers definitely will witness some minor cosmetic changes from the outside. From the front, the SUV features a a wide trapezoidal lower grille, twin LED Daytime Running Lamp and dynamic R17 Alloy wheels, which overall give a sporty look to the vehicle.

In order to attract more customers, Toyota providing a specialized line of 66 accessories made especially for the Urban Cruiser Hyryder to enhance the ownership experience to the customers.

Amid this, ahead of its official release, the firm has already started accepting the booking of the same. Interested customers can visit the authorised showroom and book the vehicle by giving a token amount of Rs 50,000. The same can also be booked from the company’s official website.

Know everything about the facelift version of the Toyota Innova Crysta

The official images have been shared by the company. The photos, shows that the company did not even try to put any effort in order to change the vehicle’s styling or design from the outside, which means customers who were expecting some big changes from the exterior might get upset as the same design has been carried forward. But, customers definitely will see some minor noticeable changes in its outer body.

In order to give a more aggressive look to the SUV, Toyota redesigned its front fascia. Now, the MPV will come with a smaller front grille and a new front chin. Apart from this, the fog lamp enclosures also have been changed. Now it will come with a chrome finish from its sides.

The 2023 model will only be available with diesel engines, as opposed to the existing Innova Crysta’s petrol and diesel engine options, which were quietly withdrawn in late 2022. The 2.4-liter diesel engine will remain coupled to a five-speed manual transmission. It will lack automatic transmission.

The updated version of Innova Crysta will come in four trims – G, GX, VX and the top-spec ZX. All trims, barring the ZX, will have either seven- or eight-seat layouts.

Meanwhile, Toyota will be selling two Innova models together for the first time in this transaction.
