The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2022 exam date and registration date have been revised by the Consortium of National Law Universities. The law entrance examination, which was originally scheduled for May 8, will now take place on June 19, 2022. According to the official notification, the exam will be held from 2 pm to 4 pm on June 19, 2022.
The registration process for the CLAT 2022 has also been extended and the last date to register is May 9, 2022. The amended CLAT schedule is available on the official website – consortiumofnlus.ac.in.
CLAT 2022: Eligibility Criteria
For CLAT UG, candidates must with the general category must score a minimum of 45 percent while in the case of SC, ST candidates, a minimum of 40 percent is required or an equivalent grade in the Class 12 exam is eligible to apply. Candidates who pass the qualifying test in March or April 2022 will also be eligible to take CLAT 2022. They will, however, be required to show evidence of passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission, or their right to be considered for admission will be forfeited.
For CLAT PG, candidates must have completed an LLB or similar degree with a minimum of 50 percent or equivalent grade. The required score for applicants from the SC and ST categories is 45 percent. There isn’t any upper age limit.

CLAT 2022: How to Apply
Visit CLAT’s official website, consortiumofnlus.ac.in.
Click the registration link on the homepage and enter your mobile number and password.
Now enter your credentials to log in.
Fill out the application form with all of the required information.
Upload your documents and pay your application fees via credit card, debit card, or net banking.
Click the submit button once you’ve done.
Take a printout of the completed application form for future reference.
CLAT 2022: Exam Pattern
The CLAT UG law paper is divided into five sections: Verbal Ability, General Knowledge and Current Affairs, Legal Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude, all of which include comprehension questions. Each section consists of four to five comprehension passages followed by a series of multiple-choice questions. The duration of the exam is two hours.
