The registration window has been opened in online mode. Candidates can visit the official website, which is nchmjee.nta.nic.in for filing their registration for the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology Joint Entrance Exam 2022. They can file their application till May 3, 2022, up to 5 pm.

What are the eligibility criteria for NCHMCT JEE 2022 exam?

If candidates, fulfill the following criteria, then they are eligible to file their application for NCHMCT JEE 2022 exam.

  • It is mandatory for candidates to pass their 10+12 levels from any recognised board.
  • They must have passed their qualifying exam with English as a functional, core, or elective subject.
  • The upper age limit for applying is 25 years as of July 1, 2022. Candidates born after July 1, 1997 can file their application. It applies to both the General and OBC categories.
  • The nationality of candidates must be India.

How to fill out the application for NCHMCT JEE 2022 exam?

  1. First of all, visit the official website of NCHM JEE, which is, nchmjee.nta.nic.in
  2. Then, click on the New Registration link, and then on the checkbox click to proceed.
  3. After this, enter the required credentials such as filling out the application form for the NCHMCT JEE exam.
  4. Then, upload the important documents such as passport size photograph and your signature in the prescribed format.
  5. Then, pay the application fees for the NCHMCT JEE exam.
  6. After this, click on the Submit tab.
  7. Then, take out the printout of your application form for your future reference.

  • It is mandatory for students to appear in the first board exam
  • Students must have appeared in at least three subjects in the main exam
  • Those who have passed can opt for improvement in up to three subjects
  • Students in the compartment category are also eligible to appear
  • Improvement is allowed only in subjects already taken in the first exam

The second exam allows students to improve marks in subjects such as Science, Mathematics, Social Science, and languages.

Who is not eligible

Certain categories of students will not be allowed to appear in the second board exam:

  • Students who did not appear in three or more subjects
  • Those who failed in three or more subjects
  • Students placed in specific non-eligible categories by the board

Such students will have to reappear in the next main examination cycle instead.
