South Superstar Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar are the next two guest to grace the Koffee couch. While Samantha is making her Koffee debut, Akshay was introduced as the Koffee veteran.

Both the actors seemed relaxed and in fun mood as seen in the promo shared by Bollywood director-producer Karan Johar on his Instagram this morning. Karan Johar as usual was dressed in suit with glitters, whereas Akshay chose a sea blue suit pant with white shirt but it was Samantha who should be nominated as the best dressed amongst the two.

She wore a red cut sleeve top with pink pants and her open hair were just enhancing the look. Samantha seemed confident and herself while sharing the screen space with both the actors for the first time.

The promo shared by Karan Johar has several moments that has made people eagerly wait for the episode to release, like dance battle between Sam and Kumar, and both the guest roasting the host, but what grabbed the most eyeballs was when Akshay said that he would pay for Chris Rock’s funeral.

Host Karan Johar asked Akshay Kumar what would the actor do if Chris Rock made a joke o his wife Twinkle Khanna, to which Kumar was quick to reply that he would pay for his funeral. Samantha sitting next to Khiladi Kumar laughed out loud.

For those who don’t know, in the latest edition of Oscar awards, Will Smith had walked up on the stage and slapped Chris Rock for making a joke about his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith. The actor had to later apologize to the Rock and he also got banned by several award functions for being violet at the Oscars’.

However, a section of social media users didn’t much criticize Will Smith for taking a stand for his wife. Leaving out the slap part, tweeple actually supported Smith and seems like Akshay Kumar is also one of them, who would not take a joke on his wife by Chris Rock.

The teaser of Nitesh Tiwari’s upcoming film Ramayana has been released, offering the first glimpse of Ranbir Kapoor in the role of Lord Rama. The film, which is planned as a two-part cinematic project, is scheduled for a Diwali release later this year.

The teaser shows several key moments, including scenes from the coronation and the exile period in the forest of Panchavati. Ranbir Kapoor appears in the role of Rama with a calm and composed presence. The teaser also briefly shows Yash in the role of Ravan towards the end.

Ahead of the teaser launch, Alia Bhatt shared a video message on social media asking audiences to support the project and Ranbir Kapoor’s work on the film. In the video, she said the “Rama unit” video would be released and encouraged audiences to watch and support the film.
