Eid-al-Adha Mubarak

Eid-al-Adha or Eid-ul-Adha is popularly celebrated by Muslims as Bakrid across the globe. This year, the festival will be observed on July 10 in India.

Also known as the festival of sacrifice, Eid-al-Adha is the second most important Islamic festival that is celebrated worldwide with exuberance. On this day, Muslims celebrated Ibrahim and Ismael’s love for Allah and respect the ultimate sacrifice they made to Allah.

As per the Quran, it is believed that Allah came in Prophet Ibrahim’s dream and ordered him to sacrifice his prized possession and prove his submission and devotion. Ibrahim saw his 10-year-old son Ismail blinded by him before having his throat slit. Ibrahim woke up and saw his son alive following which he had an animal slaughtered.

Muslims across the globe visit their close friends and families to celebrate the festival together. However, those who cannot meet their loved ones on the occasion can share wishes, messages, and greetings with them on social media.

Here are best wishes, messages, and greetings for you to share with your friends and families this Bakrid.
