The largest electronics maker Lucky Goldstar (LG) on Wednesday has launched one of its much-awaited advance ‘LG Tone Free FP Series earbuds at the starting price of Rs 13,990 in India. According to the official information, the newly launched earbuds come with an unique and innovative technology UVnano charging cradle with ultraviolet light, under which it sanitizes the earbuds and kills 99.9 percent of bacteria.

LG Electronics India’s home entertainment director, Hak Hyun Kim said the company is confident about its latest earbuds and the technology they have used in it people will surely like it. He said this is not just an usual earbud, it is the perfect solution for all the audiophiles who are looking for a combination of hygiene and quality and the very best audio technology at the best price.

LG Tone Free FP Series earbud specification

The LG’s latest earbuds come with an Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), which means users can cut the noise from the outside world and enjoy high-frequency noise encountered every day. The company has also introduced a balanced Sound function for all the users to have the ultimate and most enhanced audio listening experience. The earbuds also come with a Medical Grade Silicon Ear Gel in 3 Different sizes which provide users a proper fit and comfort in the ear. The ear gels are hypoallergenic and reduce skin irritation.

To protect the device from being misplaced or being stolen, the firm has launched the earbuds with finder tool within the LG Tone App, which means customers can save their earbuds from being lost. To activate this feature, users are advised to download and connect with the Tone Free app from Google or Apple Play Store.

Apple has officially launched its latest MacBook Air M4 in India, unveiling both 13-inch and 15-inch models. The latest iteration comes with the powerful M4 chip, an upgraded Thunderbolt 4 port, a 12MP Center Stage camera, and a brand-new “Sky Blue” color option. Additionally, Apple has significantly reduced the price of the new models compared to the M3-powered MacBook Air, making them more affordable.

MacBook Air M4 pricing in India

One of the most notable highlights of the new launch is its pricing. The 13-inch MacBook Air M4 is priced at Rs 99,900, while the 15-inch variant comes at Rs 124,900. This marks a Rs 15,000 price drop compared to the M3 MacBook Air, which launched at Rs 114,900 for the 13-inch model and Rs 134,900 for the 15-inch version last year.

Apple has also revised its pricing strategy in the US, where the MacBook Air M4 now starts at $999 (approximately Rs 86,800)—a $100 reduction compared to previous models. For students, the price has been lowered to $899 (around Rs 78,100).
