Angry Bihar government officials hurl abuses inside SDO office | WATCH

After an heated argument, they start abusing each other and at one point, one of them takes off his shoes to throw.

There was a sudden tension at the sub-divisional office in Sitamarhi district of Bihar. During a property related hearing at the SDO office room, the altercation escalated to an extent that the two officials began abusing and threatening each other.

The video of the entire incident has gone viral on social media. The two are seen arguing and hurling abuses at each other.

The incident happened on Tuesday evening. The significant thing is that this incident happened in the presence of Pupri SDO Naveen Kumar that too inside his office. On receiving the news of this episode, District Magistrate Manesh Kumar Meena has ordered an inquiry into the incident.

A case of land mutation of Ujjwal Prakash Verma, resident of Jhajhihat village, is pending at the Deputy Collector Land Reforms (DCLR)-level. Advocate Sushil Kumar Chaudhary appeared on behalf of Verma in the DCLR court, reports said.

Advocate Chaudhary alleges that in the case, bribe was sought by the staffers of DCLR office, in spite of that, the issue could not be resolved. To look into the matter, Pupri SDO called DCLR Lalit Kumar Singh, Ujjwal Prakash Verma and advocate Sushil Kumar Chaudhary to his office room on Tuesday, claimed the reports.

The viral video shows the argument on the dispute going on with the SDO, meanwhile, an altercation starts between the two sides. After an heated argument, they start abusing each other and at one point, one of them takes off his shoes to throw. All of a sudden, there was chaos in the SDO office. The video of the case has also gone viral, in which DCLR is seen very angry. However, in the video, the SDO is seen pacifying the matter.

On the other hand, the DCLR said that there is a case of land mutation in which the matter was already rejected by the CO. Verma’s mother had applied for non-rejection and that the matter is sensitive, so it needs a thorough investigation. Lawyer Chaudhary is falsely accusing the CO of corruption, the DCLR added.

In yet another hit-and-drag case, a speeding car hit a motorcycle and dragged it for more than 3 kilometers in Haryana’s Gurugram. Following that, the car driver fled the spot, leaving his vehicle. The accident took place on Wednesday at around 11:30 pm in Sector 65.

The accident has been captured on camera. The video of the mishap is now going viral on social media, where massive sparks can be seen under the car as it continues to drag the bike, ignoring attempts made by other commuters to stop it.

The motorcycle owner, a bouncer by profession, filed a complaint against the driver. In a complaint, he stated that the Honda City car hit his motorcycle when he was returning home from duty. He said he had a narrow escape as he was standing near his motorcycle at the time of the incident. His two-wheeler got stuck beneath the car.

The bouncer, Monu, said his motorcycle was badly damaged in the incident.

Subhash Boken, the spokesman for Gurugram Police, said the car driver has been arrested on the basis of the motorcyclist’s complaint.

An FIR has been registered against the car driver under sections 279 (rash driving), 336 (act endangering the life or personal safety of others), and 427 (causing damage) of the Indian Penal Code at the Sector 65 police station.

Earlier, a 20-year-old woman was killed after her scooter collided with a Baleno car in Delhi’s Kanjhawala, and was dragged by the car for about 12 kilometers in the early hours of January 1. Her leg was caught in a wheel and she was dragged away by the car while her friend suffered minor injuries.

On January 25, Hindenburg released a 32,000-word report regarding the Adani Group. The findings of the report included 88 questions. It claimed that the group has been involved in stock manipulation and account fraud for decades. It further stated that Adani Group founder Gautam Adani’s wealth has increased by $1 billion to $120 billion in three years due to rising share prices. During this period, the shares of 7 companies of the group have increased by an average of 819 percent.

NSE puts 3 Adani firms under surveillance

The Adani Group’s woes continue to mount as the National Stock Exchange (NSE), Thursday, put Adani Ports, Adani Enterprises, and Ambuja Cements under additional surveillance measure (ASM) framework from February 3 (Friday). This will require 100 precent margin to trade in their shares and will likely curb short selling. The NSE explained the measure on its official website, stating that “Additional Surveillance Measures (ASM) on securities with surveillance concerns based on objective parameters viz. Price / Volume variation, Volatility etc.”

SpiceJet staff and passengers at Delhi Airport get into a spat after flight to Patna gets delayed | Watch

A story has come to light from Delhi airport where the passengers and airline staff get into a spat over a delayed flight to Patna on Friday. According to reports, the spat between the airline staff and the passengers ensued after the flight was delayed for over 2 hours.

According to a passenger, who was supposed to board the flight from Delhi to Patna, had told the media that the airline staff had initially cited the reason for the delay to be due to bad weather conditions at the arriving airport, however, after sometime, the flight staff flipped and cited technical issues for the delay.

In the video, a huge commotion can be seen ensuing at the Delhi airport between the flight staff and the passengers as the passengers mill the airline staff about the reason for the delay. In the video, a man can also be seen asking the flight officials to call a supervisor to talk to.

The man can be heard saying that as soon as the supervisor comes and briefs them about the situation, they will return to their seats and things won’t escalate further. The police officials stationed at the airport can also be seen trying to pacify the fuming passengers.

It was reported that the Delhi-Patna flight changed the scheduled takeoff timing again and was set to depart at 10:10 am. The SpiceJet airline officials haven’t commented on the delayed flight issue, suggest reports.
