It is clearly visible in the video that the victim was getting his beard done while sitting on a chair in a salon, in Dumraoan village. At the same time, a man is seen along with his father, who entered the salon and shot him. After this, both of them went out of the salon waving their arms comfortably.
Actually, the matter is of inter-caste marriage. Monu Rai was shot by his retired army father-in-law Sunil Pathak along with his son and later surrendered after calling the SP himself. In the case, an FIR has been registered by Deepak Rai, the father of the deceased, accusing Sunil Pathak and Prabhat Pathak of killing son Monu Rai in a planned manner.
Both the accused have been arrested and the weapons used in the murder have also been recovered. In fact, it was said earlier that Monu Rai was shot in self-defence in Dumraoan village.

According to the statement, about 3,000 panchayat and block level functionaries and representatives of the people are expected to attend the inaugural event at Bharat Mandapam, in addition to about two lakh farmers, block and panchayat level functionaries, and people from other walks of life who will participate virtually.
Starting on October 3 and running through October 9, each day of Sankalp Saptaah is devoted to a distinct development subject on which all aspirational blocks will focus. Sampoorna Swasthya, Suposhit Pariwaar, Swachhta, Krishi, Shiksha, and Samridhi Diwas are some of the themes for the first six days, according to the statement.
