Gyanvapi mosque filming row: Officer who was sacked by Varanasi court says betrayed by advocate Vishal Singh

In the Gyanvapi mosque filming row, a top official who was leading the filming of the mosque complex was sacked by the Varanasi court on Tuesday over leaking information to the media. The court also gave two more days for the report of filming at the Gyanvapi mosque.
It is reported that Ajay Mishra was removed on a complaint by Vishal Singh, who is the new Chief Advocate Commissioner. The reports also say that the mosque respondents had a heated argument in court on Tuesday over the findings of the filming being leaked d to the media even before the report was submitted to the court.
Talking to media personnel, Ajay Mishra said he did nothing wrong, he was betrayed by Vishal Singh and he took advantage of his trusting nature.
He further said that they prepared the report together till 12 am last night. Mishra said that he did not have any idea that Vishal Singh was conspiring against him. He also said that he feels sad and was not biased. He concluded by saying that he will not say anything about the survey.

The new Chief Advocate Commissioner, Vishal Singh. said he complained about Ajay Mishra to the court. He gave a petition regarding the conduct of Ajay Mishra. Ajay Mishra had appointed a videographer who was giving statements in the media and spreading rumours. He is saying with full responsibility that his report will be fair.
Ajay Mishra also said that he did not leak the details. He said that he hired the photographer and he cheated.
Currently, the court is hearing the petition of five Hindu women who claim there are idols of Hindu gods and goddesses inside the mosque.
In the filming row, the Hindu petitioners claimed a Shivling was found at a pond used for Wazoo or purification rituals before namaaz, inside the mosque complex.
On Monday, the court ordered that the Varanasi district administration should seal the spot. In this case, Supreme Court said that the Shivling area should be protected without impeding Muslims from using the mosque for worship.

Reports said the man in question was hiding inside the premises of GMIT college and was detained by SPG.

A man tried to approach PM Narendra Modi by jumping the barricade during an election road show in Karnataka’s Davangere on Saturday.
The video of the incident was caught on camera. The man hails from the Koppal district and is being interrogated by the police. Reports said senior police officer Alok Kumar ran towards him and stopped him from intruding into the convoy.

Reports further said the man in question was hiding inside the premises of GMIT college and the Special Protection Group detained the person and handed him over to the police.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi today carried out a mega roadshow in Karnataka’s Davangere ahead of the Assembly Polls. Modi also inaugurated the Whitefield to Krishnarajapura metro line along with Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai in Bengaluru.
This is the second time when the Prime Minister’s security got compromised during a rally in the poll-bound state. A similar incident took place in January when PM Modi was rallying in Karnataka’s Hubballi. A boy had jumped on the road and was whisked away by the SPG.

Odisha students fail to appear for annual exam as primary school found locked
Reports said the incident took place in the Koraput district of the state at Turli primary school under Narayanpatna block on Friday.

More than 30 class 1 to 5 students of a primary school in Odisha failed to write their annual exams as the school premise was found locked.
Reports said the incident took place in the Koraput district of the state at Turli primary school under Narayanpatna block on Friday. The school time is 7 am to 9:30 am and the students waited for almost two hours.
Block Education Officer Raghunath Pangi promised strict action against the teachers of the primary school and also launched an investigation into the matter. The primary school is located about 120 kilometers from the district headquarters town. According to the villagers, the school remains mostly locked as teachers do not come.
Reports further said academic activities are also not conducted in the school anymore and as a result most of the students cannot even write their named in Odia. Over 30 students are admitted in the school which has two teachers including a principal.
The villagers reached out to the authorities over the matter, however, no action was taken or implemented.
Meanwhile, a 7-year-old was found dead inside the hostel of a residential school in Bihar’s Saharsa district.
The victim has been identified Aditya Yadav who was brutally beaten up by the teacher with a wooden school for not completing his homework, reports said.
Yadav was a student of KG class and his body was found in a swollen state by his friend. Reports further stated that the accused, Sujeet Kumar asked the students to leave the victim’s body at a hospital and subsequently informed his parents that Yadav fainted in the school.
Upon reaching the hospital, Yadav was declared dead by the hospital.
The accused is absconding as the victim’s father filed a police case against him. Speaking to the local media, he informed that Yadav was taken to a local doctor who referred him to a Saharsa hospital. The boy then scumbed to his injuries during the treatment.

Video of men attacking Muslim jaggery vendor with sticks, stones in Uttar Pradesh goes viral, police nab accused | WATCH
After the video went viral, the authorities tweeted that Nandgram police nabbed 6 accused in the matter. According to the Police’s statements, the incident transpired on the morning of March 24. The police also added and said that the accused are local vendors of the area. The victim has also been identified as Danish.

A video has come to light from Uttar Pradesh’s Ghaziabad where a group of men can be charging at a Muslim man with sticks and bricks. It was reported that a jaggery vendor in the area was attacked by a group of men, following which police rushed to the incident and filed a complaint.
In the video, 3 men with sticks and bricks can be seen charging at the vendor as he tries to flee. However, failing to do so, the jaggery vendor gets ruthlessly beaten up by the group of men.
The video also shows the jaggery vendor imploring and screeching after being struck by the sticks. The man, after struggling, can be seen fleeing away from the grips of the men assaulting him. The men can also be seen chasing after him as the man runs from the group of men.

Police’s action

The accused have been identified as Ashutosh, Ashish Kaushik, Pravesh Kaushik, Anupam Kaushik, Sonu, and Titu who are residents of the same area. The police are probing the case further, said reports.
