Right-wing students’ group Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), Sunday, alleged that members of the JNU Students’ Union (JNUSU) desecrated a portrait of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj even as the left-leaning students’ union accused the RSS-linked group of assaulting them while they had taken out a protest march seeking justice for a IIT student who allegedly died of suicide.
