Air pollution has always been a matter of concern despite progress in recent years. It is a major concern for people who suffers from respiratory disorders like bronchitis, asthma, pneumonia, cold, lung fibrosis, cough and even cardiovascular problems.

Smog doesn’t only affect your health but steals your peace of mind as well. Smog and pollution can aggravate the health of existing lung and heart patients. It is essential to stay healthy and well-nourished during the winter season.

Smog and air pollution during the colder months can cause a number of health issues. For the uninitiated, smog is defined as hazy air that hinders breathing and invites health problems due to various pollutants such as fine particles and ground-level ozone. It forms as a result of air pollution. As a result, when toxins in the air react with direct sunlight, smog is visible in the air.

Asthmatics tend to have worse signs or are more likely to have an asthma attack during the winter because they spend too much time indoors. Because the air outside is cold and dry, they may catch a cold or the flu.
