Bollywood actor John Abraham extended his congratulations to the Indian Oil MotoGP team and revealed his dream work at the Buddh International Circuit in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

While speaking on the MotoGP Bharat 2023 event, He thanked MotoGP for getting MotoGP to India. He expressed his happiness and extended his gratitude to the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for making it happen. John said he wants to see an Indian star in the MotoGP as he claimed to open a MotoGP academy in India.

Earlier, he shared a video on Instagram asking MotoGP lovers to support the motor race and announced his presence at the Budh International Circuit in Noida for the Indian Oil MotoGP Bharat 2023 race finale.

He captioned brace for the race just took a new turn. The OG is gonna be there at the track tomorrow for the Indian Oil MotoGP Bharat race finale.

Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath and Union Sports Minister Anurag Thakur arrived at the MotoGP Grand Prix 2023 at the Buddh International Circuit.

CM Adityanath said the MotoGP event would help explore investment opportunities from global automobile companies.

Union Sports Minister Anurag Thakur said MotoGP is one of the most competitive sports in the world and there are millions of fan followers. With a successful event happening and concluding in India, it clearly shows what Uttar Pradesh has done, and what India has done, he added. I’m sure in the coming years, we’re going see more MotoGP events. India is the third largest automobile manufacturer and the largest bike manufacturer in the world, the Union Minister said.

He also said that this kind of event will further help to create more ecosystem for the upcoming bikers. They will also understand how to race. And in the coming years, in the next 5-10 years, we’ll also see a few Indian bikers who can participate in this kind of race, Thakur further added.

Former cricketer Yuvraj Singh also visited the MotoGP venue and said it is good to see other sports. Other sports should be encouraged. It was very exciting. Next year more people should come and watch this, he added.

Legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar recently visited Kashmir with his family. During his vacation Tendulkar met differently-abled cricketer Amir Hussain, who got emotional after seeing his childhood icon. Tendulkar was too mesmerised by him and thus called Hussain a real hero.

Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, Sachin Tendulkar today shared a video, saying, to Amir, the real hero. Keep inspring. It was pleasure meeting him,Tendulkar added. In the begginning of the  video, Tendulkar can be seen hugging Hussian. As the video goes on, Amir talks about his life and says that Sachin Tendulkar has always been an inspiration to him.

In the video, Tendular can be also seen presenting Hussain his atugraphed bat. Before giving the bat Tendulakar said, Iss taraf dekho nehi, main kuch karne wala hun, which translates in Englis, don’t look at this side, I am going to do something. He then gives Hussain a bat that he has signed with a few words of thanks.

Amir Hussain can be seen telling  Sachin Tendulkar towards the end of the video that he is traveling with his son and wife. After knowing this, the Master Blaster alsomeets them. The video ends with a still image of Sachin Tendulkar with Amir and his family smiling and posing for the camera.

Meanwhile, Sachin also makes reference to a tweet he posted earlier in January this year, regarding Amir in the video. The legendary cricketer also reshared the video that was initally posted by ANI.

Meanwhile, as soon as Sachin Tendulakar shared this video on social media, it quickly went viral and his fans couldn’t stop themselves from praising him for his heart-warming gesture. A user said, brought tears to my eyes. Another said, two legends together. A third user wrote, both are inspiration for everyone. Others also dropped heart and folded-hand emoji in the comment section.

Ranji Trophy: Mumbai players wear black armbands in memory of former Mumbai Cricket Association President Manohar Joshi

The former Maharashtra CM Joshi, who took his last breath today around 3 am in Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai, served as former MCA President. He was 86.

The Mumbai players on Friday wore black armbands in memory of former Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) President Manohar Joshi, who passed away today due to cardiac arrest at Hinduja Hospital.

During the match, a two-minute silence was observed between Mumbai and Baroda at the stadium. The Mumbai players were seen wearing black armbands after a two-minute silence was observed.

The Mumbai Cricket Association, earlier in the day, announced that Mumbai players would wear black armbands to honour former MCA President Manohar Joshi, who passed away today, during the Ranji Trophy match against Baroda at Sharad Pawar Cricket Academy BKC stadium.

Expressing the Association’s condolence, the MCA Secretary Ajinkya Naik stated that former MCA President Joshi passed away today morning. In the Mumbai vs Baroda match, Mumbai players would wear black armbands after a two-minute silence was observed.

The former Maharashtra CM Joshi, who took his last breath today around 3 am in Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai, served as former MCA President. He was 86.

The funeral ceremony of Joshi took place at Dadar Shivaji Park Crematorium later in the day. He received full State honours.

In the second Quarter Final of the Ranji Trophy between Mumbai and Baroda, Mumbai won the toss and decided to bat first.

Joshi served as chief minister from 1995 to 1999. He was the first leader from the undivided Shiv Sena to occupy the top post in the state. The Shiv Sena leader was elected as a Member of Parliament and was the Lok Sabha Speaker from 2002 to 2004 when the Vajpayee government was in power.

Leaders cutting across party lines condoled the demise of former Lok Sabha Speaker and Maharashtra CM Joshi, who passed away at a Mumbai hospital on Friday, calling him studious and disciplined. He was recognised as a scholarly and cultured face in Maharashtra politics.

Fast bowler Akash Deep made a dream debut to his Test career on Friday as he picked up three crucial wickets in his first six overs, leaving England reeling after they had won the toss and elected to bat first in the fourth Test match against India at the JSCA stadium in Ranchi. Akash Deep was almost unplayable in the early part of the first session.

Captain Rohit Sharma handed Akash Deep the new ball from the other hand, and the right arm seamer impressed critics with his bowling. Akash Deep’s pace remained in the 130s and Jurel had to make quite a brilliant take off the third ball, which flew down the leg side of Duckett. He conceded just two runs off his first over.

He picked up the wicket of Zak Crawley in his second over, but the delivery was declared a no-ball by the umpire. He then picked up the wickets of Ben Duckett and Ollie Pope afterwards and smashed Crawley’s off stump. This time it was a legitimate delivery and Crawley was sent back to the pavilion.
