Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt

Ranbir Kapoor has been giving out the right husband goal for a long time now. And recently, the actor spoke about his admiration towards his wife Alia Bhatt’s dedication towards work.

The Brahmastra trio recently was in conversation with NDTV when Alia was asked about some sexist comments she had to bear after her pregnancy announcement, she very swiftly said that she’s over the phase and awaits the arrival of the new bundle of joy.

But it seems like Ranbir Kapoor did not like the mean comments and said that he believes that Alia is the greatest actor of all time and the benchmarks she had set will be impossible for other to achieve. Hence, anything said otherwise is just plane jealously and stupidity.

Currently the actors are enjoying the super success of Brahmastra as the verdict has come after one week of it’s release and it has earned 300 crores at the box office. For the unversed, the movie was made with a huge budget of 400 crores. But as Brahmastra is a trilogy, the actors are not calling it a complete victory, because it still has a bit of a journey left. Moreover, the film is yet to collect it’s production cost.

However, despite being in the second trimester of her pregnancy, Alia Bhatt has been promoting the film with lead actor Ranbir and director Ayan Mukherjee. From Chennai to Ahmedabad the team of Brahmastra has been everywhere. And by calling Alia’s presence as inspiring, Ranbir Kapoor said that she has done a great job this entire year as she opened the Indian box office with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gnagubai Kathiawadi after covid and forced people to enter theatres.

Later she came up with S.S Rajamouli’s RRR, Netflix’s Darlings and now she’s promoting Brahmastra. With this Alia has become the second actor to give three 100cr. plus film after Deepika Padukone, who came up with four 100 crores films in 2013. The movies were Race 2, Ye Jawani Hai Deewani, Chennai Express and Ram Leela. She had also won the Filmfare Best Actor award for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Ram Leela.
