An artiste in Jammu died after he collapsed on stage during his dance performance at an event and died due to heart attack.

The video of the incident has now gone viral on social media. In the video, the artist can be seen performing on stage dressed as Goddess Parvati at Ganesh Utsav in the Bishnah area of Jammu before he collapsed.

The deceased was identified as 20-year-old Yogesh Gupta. The incident took place during a Ganeshotsav programme.

After their flawless steps and enthusiastic moves, the Jammu artist slows down their moves and suddenly falls onto the stage.

However, the people around the stage got too late to realise that the artist had suffered a heart attack and died. Many in the audience thought that the performer was still dancing, and it was his mere move but unfortunately, he had died due to heart attack.

His co-artiste, dressed as Lord Shiva, then comes to the stage and checks on him. After realising Yogesh Gupta was unconscious, his co-artiste took him to the hospital.

Earlier this month, a dancer had collapsed on the floor at a birthday party in Premnagar area of Bareilly. The deceased, who was dancing on the tunes of his favourite Hindi songs, had fallen into the ground and died.

Over the past few months, several such incidents have been reported from all across the country.

In June, singer Krishnakumar Kunnath aka KK died after his concert in Kolkata due to cardiac arrest. Apart from this, veteran Malayalam singer Edava Basheer had also died after collapsing on stage at a music concert in Kerala’s Alappuzha on May 28, days before KK’s death.

Animal directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga continues to do well in cinemas in its 2nd week. According to trade analyst Ramesh Bala the film has made over Rs 660.89 crore worldwide in nine days of its release. Animal was released in cinemas on December 1 in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malyalam.

Trade analyst Ramesh Bala took to X(formerly Twitter) shared a poster of Animal and tweeted the unstoppable journey of Animal continues with yet another day of shattering box office records! This cinematic spectacle garners a marvelous Rs 660.89 crore worldwide in nine days and there is no stopping! The film is produced by Bhushan Kumar, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the film stars Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna and Tripti Dimri.

Although the film is running successfully in theatres, a section of critics and viewers have criticized the film calling it misogynistic and graphically violent. The film was given an A certificate by the CBFC ahead of its release. Apart from Ranbir the film also stars Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna, Tripti Dimri, Suresh Oberoi and Prem Chopra.

Recently speaking to the media Bobby Deol said there is good and evil in every human being and what gets the evil out of you is some situation. As an actor you think as a character. He said he was doing nothing wrong. He said he was right in whatever he did. He said as an actor he forgot to judge what is right and wrong.

Malayalam actor Lakshmika Sajeevan who was known for important roles in many films and telefilms died due to a sudden heart attack. According to reports she died in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. She was working at a bank there.

The 24-year-old actor had received recognition for her captivating portrayal of Panchami in the highly acclaimed telefilm Kakka which shed light on the struggles faced by the marginalized communities. Her performance as a dark skinned, buck toothed woman who was neglected by her family was widely appreciated by audience and critics.

Talking to the media in an interview Sajeevan had said the role was supposed to be essayed by another actor. She said when when she had got the role she was unsure if she would be able to essay Panjami’s role. She had said she also took time to get used to makeup for the short film. She had been surprised by the acceptance her character received.

Her performance in the film had received widespread acclaim, earning her recognition and appreciation from audiences. In her final Instagram post, a serene sunrise backdrop framed by towering structures and nature’s beauty set the scene for a heart-warming caption: Hope – light despite of all darkness. The image now is poignant symbol, became a canvas for fans to express heartfelt messages, wishing her eternal peace.

Lakshmika hailed from Vazhavelil in Kochi, also made a mark in the banking sector in Sharjah, showcasing her versatile talents.

Lakshmika’s previous outing was with the thriller Koon which was directed by Prasanth B Molickal and which was written by Amal Mohan. She also got a positive response for her role of Devayani teacher in the drama film Puzhayamma which was directed by Vijeesh Mani.

One user Amitabh Chaudhary said Kharge is 81 years old and Sonia Gandhi is 76 years old. He said Kharge is a party Chief and Sonia Gandhi is only an MP. He said Revanth Reddy took his wife to touch Sonia Gandhi’s feet and ignored the Dalit Kharge. He said this the culture of Congress where Gandhi family is worshipped and others even like PM Manmohan Singh  and legends like Pranab Mukherjee are insulted, humiliated and shoved in corner when Madam and her children arrive.
