Koffee with Karan 8: Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol talk about nepotism in Bollywood, says people use the term out of anger
The subject of nepotism was the main topic of discussion in the most recent episode of Koffee with Karan Season 8, as host Karan Johar invited Sunny and Bobby Deol to express their opinions.

Today was the release of the much anticipated second episode of Koffee with Karan 8, which celebrated the legendary Deol family legacy. Sunny and Bobby Deol, the brothers, took turns being the centre of attention on the Karan Johar show.
The siblings had an open and interesting discussion in which they discussed the highs and lows of their professional lives, the kind words they received from their families, and other facets of the dynamics of the industry. Being from a famous family, Sunny and Bobby also talked on the subject of nepotism in Bollywood.
The subject of nepotism was the main topic of discussion in the most recent episode of Koffee with Karan Season 8, as host Karan Johar invited Sunny and Bobby Deol to express their opinions. Sunny shared his viewpoint by saying, he has realised that it’s just stupid now. He claims that individuals frequently use the term as an excuse when they are angry or frustrated about something.
Sunny addressed Karan, emphasising that his achievement was due to his talent rather than outside circumstances. He emphasised that Bobby and he both got to where they are now because of their unique abilities and skills. Although the actor’s father, Dharmendra, started them off in the industry, he recognised that parents often set the path for their children because it’s a normal part of family support.
Bobby Deol contributed to the conversation by highlighting the fact that their parents did not come from the business and that they achieved success on their own. They didn’t choose to be born to them, he said. To have been born to them was a blessing. They received it without asking.
Bobby wondered why the brunt of it should fall on them. He emphasised that being a famous kid doesn’t ensure success and urged people to use his career as an example.
Sunny reinforced this point even more by bringing up the success of his film Gadar 2 twenty years later and pointing out the difficulties he had in those years.
Meanwhile, Bobby Deol will be next seen in Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal, which is slated to release soon.
