Actor Mukesh Khanna, who is known for his role as Shaktimaan, has always been in the headlines for his controversial statements. The actor has once again made a scandalous statement that has sparked fury online. This time the actor made a lewd comment about the girls’ characters who ask boys for sex.

Mukesh, who currently runs a YouTube channel named Bheeshm International, is often seen sharing all kinds of uproarious opinions. In a video posted on his channel earlier this week, he said women who desire sex and ask for it aren’t women, but sex workers. They are running a business.

He uploaded a seven-minute video titled “Kya aapko bhi aisi ladkiya lubhati hain?” (Do such girls lure you as well?), in which the actor can be heard making indecent remarks about women. He said, Koi bhi ladki agar kisi ladke ko kahe ‘I want to have sex with you’, wo ladki, ladki nahi hai, wo dhanda kar rahi hai. Kyunki is tarah ki nirlaj baatein koi sabhya samaj ki ladki kabhi nahi karegi (If a girl tells a boy that she wants to have sex with him, she is not a girl, she is a sex worker. Because a decent girl belonging to civilized society would never say such things).

Not only this, he even asked men to beware of being lured by such women on social media. He also blamed women for running a sex racket. He said such women lure naive men and invite them to have sex with them, which may persuade a person to send their nude pictures and then use them to blackmail innocent men for money.

Mukesh also stated that he also gets messages like this, offering free sex, from accounts that seem to belong to young women, but he chooses not to react. He said earlier, women had the privilege to say no to such things, but now men are the ones to say no. Mukesh Khanna asked women to stay within their limits and respect traditions.

The actor’s provocative remarks about women aghast users online. Film director Aditya Kripalani said Amazing logic. I understand though, that no girl might have said this to him. So it’s great for him to remain in this delusion for life.

One of the users wrote, I didn’t know that the desire and consent of women make them sex workers, while another commented, When Shakti and maan (respect) dono leaves you.

On the professional front, Mukesh Khanna is making a film on Shaktimaan in collaboration with Sony TV. Earlier this year, without giving much information about the actors, Khanna said the film would be made on a budget of Rs 300 crores.

Emraan Hashmi is all set to return to one of his most iconic roles, as he announced the release date of Awarapan 2 on Monday. The sequel to the 2007 cult film Awarapan will arrive in cinemas on April 3, 2026, the actor revealed via Instagram on his 46th birthday, along with a teaser of the film.

Hashmi, who turned 46 today, marked the occasion by unveiling the teaser and the release date on his Instagram handle. Captioning the post with a powerful line from the film, he wrote: “Bas mujhe kuch aur der zinda rakh… #Awarapan2 in cinemas, 3rd April 2026.”

Directed by Mohit Suri and produced under the Vishesh Films banner, Awarapan starred Hashmi alongside Shriya Saran and became a significant part of the 2000s pop culture wave. Known for its haunting soundtrack and brooding narrative, the film cemented Hashmi’s status as a romantic anti-hero.

The confirmation of a sequel comes after weeks of speculation, which were sparked earlier this month when Hashmi posted an animated teaser hinting at the film’s return.

In recent years, Hashmi has leaned back into mainstream cinema. In 2023, he notably played the antagonist in Tiger 3. He is also making his Telugu debut in the upcoming action film OG, co-starring Pawan Kalyan and Priyanka Mohan. Additionally, Hashmi will feature in G2, the sequel to Goodachari (2018), alongside Adivi Sesh, Wamiqa Gabbi, and Madhu Shalini.

Hashmi was last seen in the web series Showtime, alongside Naseeruddin Shah, Mahima Makwana, and Mouni Roy.

Expanding his footprint in digital content, Hashmi is also headlining Ground Zero, a Kashmir-set BSF drama series.

With Awarapan 2, Hashmi’s return to one of his most-loved characters has sparked nostalgia among fans and added another big project to the actor’s packed slate.

Salman Khan has finally addressed the buzz surrounding his recent clean-shaven appearance that left fans worried about his health and age. The actor, who is known for his fitness and signature style, revealed that his seemingly aged look was due to exhaustion from long shooting schedules for his upcoming film Sikandar.

At the trailer launch event in Mumbai, Salman clarified, “Kabhi 5-6 din se sote nahi toh log photo daal ke bol dete hain. But I wanted to show them ki abhi bhi hai.” He emphasized that his tired appearance was a result of not sleeping for several days and assured fans that he still has the energy and drive they admire him for.

Long hours and injuries on ‘Sikandar’ set

Khan also revealed that he suffered two broken ribs while filming Sikandar, yet director AR Murugadoss pushed him through 14-hour-long shifts. “Murugadoss kept pushing me even in action sequences. When the going gets tough, the tough get going,” he said, highlighting the physical toll the film has taken on him.

Responds to 31-year age gap with co-star Rashmika Mandanna

Another major talking point was the age gap between Salman, 58, and his Sikandar co-star Rashmika Mandanna, 27. Addressing this, the actor stated, “Heroine ke father ko problem nahi hain… pati ka permission toh mil hi jayega na?” His humorous yet confident response seemed to dismiss the criticism surrounding the casting.

‘Sikandar’ is slated for release on Eid, March 30, and marks a big-screen return for Salman, who continues to draw massive public interest — whether for his roles, appearance, or on-screen pairings.

Ghajini 2: AR Murugadoss says there’s a possibility for sequel, mentions how Hollywood recreates characters even if they die

Filmmaker A.R. Murugadoss has sparked excitement among fans by hinting at the possibility of a sequel to the blockbuster film Ghajini. This Tamil-language movie initially paved Murugadoss’s way into Bollywood with its Hindi adaptation starring Aamir Khan, which became a sensational hit.

The original 2005 Tamil film, featuring South star Suriya, was also a massive success, and the 2008 Hindi version significantly contributed to its nationwide popularity.

In a recent statement, producer Allu Aravind shared his desire to collaborate with Aamir Khan for Ghajini 2, intensifying the anticipation surrounding the sequel. Murugadoss noted, “There is a possibility for Ghajini 2. We have some ideas in mind and will discuss them further. If everything goes well, we could move forward with it in both Tamil and Hindi.” While he has a foundational concept for the sequel, he emphasized that a complete script has yet to be developed.

The plot of Ghajini revolves around Sanjay, a businessman suffering from anterograde amnesia, who seeks revenge on those responsible for the murder of his fiancée, Kalpana. Asin portrayed the role of Kalpana in both the Tamil and Hindi adaptations, contributing to the film’s emotional depth.

Murugadoss, acclaimed for his ability to craft engaging and impactful narratives, remarked on the positive impact that sequels and prequels can have on cinematic storytelling. He said, “In Hollywood, characters often return even if they’ve died, and there’s always the potential for a prequel. In Ghajini, we developed a character with memory loss and exceptional wealth, which gives us creative freedom to explore intriguing new storylines.”

Currently, Murugadoss is gearing up for the release of his latest Hindi film, Sikandar, featuring Salman Khan. He also shared reflections on a past interaction with Shah Rukh Khan, where he pitched the idea for his upcoming Tamil film Madharasi. He had approached Shah Rukh with the concept years ago but eventually adapted it for Sivakarthikeyan.

Sikandar, which includes a talented cast of Rashmika Mandanna, Kajal Aggarwal, and others, is set to be released on March 30, aligning with the Eid festivities.
