Pushpa 3: Fahadh Faasil confirms third part, says director Sukumar has enough material

Fahadh Faasil has said that there are just two more schedules for them to shoot and then the film will be all set to release in 2023 in five languages – Tamil, Telegu, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi.

Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil has confirmed that the Pushpa movie series will have a third instalment also. The actors who’s currently busy promoting his upcoming film, Malayankunju, left his fans surprised by sharing a fresh update on Pushpa.

During a media interview, the ac tors was asked about the Allu Arjun starrer and the actor was quick to hint about a probable third part. He furthermore added that the Pushpa director Sukumar has still a lot to tell through this movie series.

During the promotions of Malayankunju, Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil said, “When Sukumar sir narrated the story of Pushpa, it was supposed to be a one-part film. But after my part in the police station scene the police station scene, the film was made into two parts. But recently, when I spoke to our director, he asked me to be prepared for Pushpa 3 as that man still has enough material on it.”

The first movie of Pushpa movie series had released in December 2021 and South Indian actors Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil were in the lead roles. Pushpa: The Rise was a big hit and despite having a clash with Spider Man: Nowhere Home and Ranveer Singh’s 83, the movie broke several records and box office and collected more than 350 crores.

Pushpa: The Rise traces the journey of red sandalwood smuggler Pushparaj (played by Allu Arjun) along with his love story with Srivalli (played by Rashmika Mandanna) and tashan with police officer Bhanwar Singh Shekawat (played Fahadh Faasil).

The ending scene from the first part was enough to create anticipation for the next. And for the fans of Pushpa who are eagerly waiting for the film, Fahadh has said that there are just two more schedules for them to shoot and then the film will be all set to release in 2023 in five languages – Tamil, Telegu, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi.

Salman Khan is teasing his fans non-stop ahead of the release of his upcoming film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. The superstar on Monday dropped a new number Jee Rahe The Hum from the film that will surely kill your Monday blues.

Crooned by Salman Khan himself, Jee Rahe The Hum is a romantic number that will see the actor falling head over heels in love with Pooja Hegde. The promo of the song was dropped today and the full song will be released on Tuesday, March 21.

In the promo, Khan could be seen singing for Hegde and the couple goes all mushy with flowers and romantic lights. Jee Rahe The Hum will remind you of the I Love You song from Bodyguard starring Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor.

Earlier, Khan lent his voice to songs like Hangover, Jag Ghumeya, Tere Bina, Pyaar Karona, and others.

Starring Salman Khan, Pooja Hegde, Shehnaaz Gill, Palak Tiwari, Siddharth Nigam, Jassie Gill, and Raghav Juyal, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is all set to hit the silver screen on April 21, 2023. The makers have already released two more songs earlier including Naiyo Lagda and Billi Billi.

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan will mark the Bollywood debuts of Shehnaaz Gill and Palak Tiwari.

Meanwhile, security has been beefed up outside Salman Khan’s residence Galaxy in Mumbai after the actor received death threats via email.

An FIR was registered against gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldy Brar by the Bandra Police on Sunday after receiving the email threat. Reports said the sender, in Hindi, wrote that Goldy Brar wanted to talk to Salman Khan in the flesh and close the matter and warned the actor of something shocking.

The police have advised Salman Khan to avoid any outdoor event.

Actor-director Deepak Tijori on Monday filed a police complaint against her Tipppsy co-producer Mohan Nadar for allegedly duping him of Rs 2.6 crore. He has registered a complaint at the Amboli Police Station in Mumbai.

On the basis of Tijori’s complaint, Mumbai Police registered a case against Nadar under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

Deepak, who made his acting debut with Mahesh Bhatt’s 1990 film Aashiqui, in a complaint claimed that Nadar joined him to co-produce a thriller titled Tipppsy, which the actor was supposed to direct. He added that the film was slated to be shot in London in 2019 and that Deepak had given Nadar Rs 2 crore and Rs 60 lakh in consideration of that.

Deepak, however, asserted that the film was not finished in time. Nadar sidestepped him by citing a number of justifications when he continually demanded the money back.

In addition to this, Deepak allegedly stated in his FIR that the producer’s cheques kept bouncing. He, therefore, made the decision to file a complaint against him. An investigation into the matter is currently underway.

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Deepak Tijori is all set to make his acting comeback with the upcoming romantic film Ittar. Helmed by the national award winner Veena Bakshi, the film also stars actor Rituparna Sengupta in the lead role.

Veteran Tamil actor Rajnikanth’s daughter Aishwaryaa Rajnikanth filed a police complaint stating that her gold and diamond jewellery worth Rs 3.60 lakhs have gone missing from her Chennai residence.

The singer-director registered a police complaint at the Teynampet police station in Chennai. Aishwaryaa in a complaint, reportedly, stated that 60 sovereigns of gold and diamond jewellery have gone missing from her locker.

The Cinema Veeran director has accused three of his servants, two domestic workers and one driver, to be behind the burglary at her residence. She said she was not staying in the home for long stretches and the house servants were frequenting the place.

Aishwaryaa also revealed that she wore the jewellery for her sister Soundarya’s wedding in 2019. Since the wedding, the jewellery was kept in a locker, which some of her servants knew about.

According to the reports, the stolen jewellery includes diamond sets, antique gold pieces, Navaratnam sets, bangles and nearly 60 sovereigns of gold worth Rs 3.60 lakh.

The Chennai Police have filed a complaint under Section 381 (Whoever, being a clerk or servant, or being employed in the capacity of a clerk or servant, commits theft in respect of any property in the possession of his master or employer, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

The police are currently investigating the matter and action will be taken further.

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Aishwaryaa Rajnikanth is currently directing Lal Salaam. The film, which is rumoured to be set against the backdrop of cricket and communism, stars Vishnu Vishal and Vikrant in lead roles.
