Bollywood controversial celebrity Rakhi Sawant got married to her long-time beau Adil Khan in an intimate ceremony a few months ago, say reports. Now, wedding pictures and videos of Rakhi and Adil are doing rounds on social media.

The couple tied the knot as per the Islamic rituals and a picture of their Nikah Nama (marriage certificate) is surfacing on the internet. As per the certificate, Rakhi and Adil’s private nikah took place on May 29, 2022. The reports state that she has now changed her name to Rakhi Sawant Fatima.

The Bigg Boss Marathi 4 contestant uploaded a picture of their wedding day in which Adil is seen signing their wedding certificate. The caption read, Finally, I’m happy so excited and got married my love is forever unconditional love for you Adil. In another post, she revealed that she got married to Adil seven months back.

Speaking to the media, Rakhi Sawant also revealed that it was Adil Khan who told her not to reveal the news of their marriage publicly. She said they had a nikah ceremony and a court marriage. Since he stopped her from disclosing it, she has remained tight-lipped for the past seven months. She added that he felt that it would be difficult to find a suitor for his sister if people knew about their marriage.

She said a lot had happened while she was inside BB Marathi 4 house. When asked about it, she said she’d talk about it when the time was right. At this point, all she wants is to save her marriage and let the world know that she is married to Adil, added Rakhi Sawant.

Veteran actor Mushtaq Khan, who appeared in several Hindi films and was particularly remembered for his role in the 2007 comedy Welcome, has died at the age of 56.

Khan was known for playing supporting characters across Hindi cinema and had worked in films spanning several decades. His role as Balu in Welcome remains among his best-known performances.

Mushtaq Khan’s film career

Mushtaq Khan appeared in a wide range of films during his career. His filmography included Aashiqui, Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke, Gopi Kishan, Krantiveer, Raja, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, Jodi No. 1 and Hera Pheri.

He also featured in more recent films including Stree 2, Gadar 2, Baby John, Dhoom Dhaam and Jaat. His filmography lists acting work continuing into 2026.

In Welcome, Khan played Balu, a supporting character in the comedy starring Akshay Kumar, Nana Patekar, Anil Kapoor and other prominent actors.

Khan’s career also included television work, with his credits spanning a wide range of acting roles over the years.

Mushtaq Khan dies at 56

The actor’s death was reported on September 24, 2026. Reports said Khan had been undergoing treatment after being diagnosed with liver cancer and had been hospitalised for around 15 days. Further details surrounding his death were awaited in the initial reports.

Mushtaq Khan was 56. IMDb lists his date of birth as December 31, 1969.

The newborn is the couple’s second daughter. Deepika and Ranveer became parents for the first time in September 2024, when they welcomed their daughter Dua.

Just a day before the announcement, Deepika Padukone visited Mumbai’s Siddhivinayak Temple with Ranveer Singh and his parents.
