The drunk foreigner was observed taking off his T-shirt and running on the street near Chennai’s Royapettah junction. The drunk British Royal Navy personnel was forcefully restrained by the police and taken away. 2-3 police officers were needed to restrain the drunk man who was trying to bite people.
