Fire breaks out in Delhi’s Jamia Nagar, more than 10 cars, 80 e-rickshaws charred

A massive fire broke out in Delhi’s Jamia Nagar on Wednesday. Seven fire tenders immediately rushed to the spot and has brought it under control.

On Wednesday, a massive fire broke out at the electric motor parking Jamia Nagar. It is reported that around seven fire tenders reached the spot. The fire has now been brought under control.

The reports are also saying that more than 10 cars and 80 e-rickshaws were charred in the fire. The videos of the incident are doing rounds on the internet. In the videos, it can be seen that the parking lot is covered in flames.

Delhi Fire services said that a total of 10 cars, one motorcycle, two scooty, 30 new e-rickshaws and 50 old e-rickshaws caught fire and in the fire, all of them burned to ashes.

Meanwhile, in the past few weeks, Delhi has witnessed a series of fire incidents and this has come at a time when the heatwave is currently going on.

Recently, a fire broke out in Delhi’s Mundka and it was known to be the deadliest, in the fire around 27 people were killed several got injured.

The bodies of the Mudka who died in the fire in the Mundka fire incident were sent to Forensic Science and Laboratory for DNA profiling and matching. After this, on Tuesday, the reports were submitted to Delhi Police and then the forensic teams matches the seven samples with the DNA of the family members of the missing person.

Throw 19th over first: Village drunk man gives hilarious solution for India’s chronic loss in second last over

The old drunken man said throw 19th over first to avoid India’s failure in the second last over.



A hilarious video grabbed our attention on social media, where a village drunk man can be seen giving a terrific solution to overcome Team India’s failure in 19th over. The video was shared by Chhattisgarh IAS officer Awanish Saran.

In the video an old man can be seen in a drunken state, when he’s asked what should team India do to stop losing out the match in the 19th over. The man who looks totally out of senses comes up with a rather comic solution, when he says, “19wa over pehle fekwa lo” (then throw the 19th over first).

The video is being hugely shared on social media and people are coming up with funny reaction. A user wrote that this technique should not go out of India, while other wrote that this is what a solution sounds like.

However, even after losing the first match to Australia in Mohali due to the 19th over, India managed to clinch the trophy from the guest. India won the second match with Rohit Sharma’s 46 out of 20 balls in the second T20 match in Nagpur.

And last night both the teams played the third match in Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium. With Virat Kohli’s 68 of 43 balls and Suryakumar Yadav’s 69 of 39 balls helped India to Australia by 2-1 in the three match T20 series. Coming to bat first, Australia made 186 runs, but the current form of India middle order batsmen found the run chase too easy.

After winning the T20 series by 2-1 against Australia, India will now play host to South Africa for the three-match T20 series before heading to Australia for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022, which will also be played in Australia from October 16. India will play it’s first game opposite Pakistan on October 23.

Thieves steal Lord Shiva’s serpent and Jaldhari from Madhya Pradesh temple, caught on CCTV

Sharing a video of this incident a Twitter user wrote that the thieves took away Lord Shiva’s serpent and Jaldhari. They were caught on CCTV of Shiv temple in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh.




A video was doing rounds on the internet on Monday where some thieves could be seen stealing Lord Shiva’s serpent and Jaldhari from a Shiva temple. The whole incident was recorded on a CCTV camera of the temple. The thieves have not been identified yet.

Reports said that the incident took place at Manunia Mahadev temple of Manunia village under the Tal police station. The locals staged a protest after this incident and the businessman called a hartal in the Tal Nagar on Sunday. The Patidar Samaj of the city has submitted a memorandum to the SDM Manisha Vaske demanding the arrest of the thieves.

Sharing a video of this incident a Twitter user wrote that the thieves took away Lord Shiva’s serpent and Jaldhari. They were caught on CCTV of Shiv temple in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh.

Interestingly, one social media user wrote that when the government would only concentrate on the development of Adanis (Gautam Adani) and Ambanis (Mukesh Ambani), the common people would only do these things.

The incident happened on the night of September 19 or September 20. A case was registered at Tal police station. Some people have allegedly manipulated and edited the CCTV footage of the thieves.

The police station in charge Nagesh Yadav has appealed the people to share the video as it was and not share doctored videos of this incident. A search was on to identify the thieves. He further said that the thieves would be arrested soon.

According to the local media reports, the three thieves entered the Shiva temple’s premises around 2 am and tried to break the lock of the donation box, but they failed to do so. After that, they smashed the main gate of the temple and took away the silver and gold used in the decoration of the Shivling.

Uttar Pradesh: French woman finds herself naked in bed after her drink was spiked by guide in Varanasi, probe underway

In a shocking incident, a French woman found herself naked in bed after her drink was spiked by a man who posed as a local guide in Uttar Pradesh’s Varanasi.

Reports say the woman tourist from France suffered serious stomach illness after her drink was spiked by a man before she was leaving for her home on Sunday. Following the incident, the woman filed an FIR under Section 328 (causing hurt by means of poison with intent to commit an offence) of the Indian Penal Code with the Bhelupur police.

In her complaint, the victim alleged that she fell unconscious after consuming the drink and found herself naked on her bed in the guest house room when she woke up the next morning. She also suffered serious stomach problems including loose motions, vomiting, and pain, reports said.

Reports further stated that the victim met the accused person during her stay in Varanasi and he took her to multiple places in the tourist city for sightseeing. On her last day in Varanasi, the accused took her to a restaurant and offered beer after mixing it with local alcohol. The victim also informed that she fell unconscious after consuming the beer and found herself undressed the next morning.

The local police have ordered a probe and the investigation is underway. The name of the accused has not been revealed by the police yet.

A similar incident took place in August 2022 wherein a woman was raped in Delhi after her friend mixed sedatives in her cold drink and shot the video of the incident. The accused also used the video to blackmail the victim for the next few months.

Reports said the victim met the accused Sameer through Instagram in 2018. The duo became friends and they met in a flat owned by the accused. Following this, he offered her a spiked cold drink and raped her. He later shot the video of the crime and blackmailed her into having a sexual relationship with him. The incident came to light in August this year.
