Parineeti Chopra, Raghav Chadha, Priyanka Chopra, Siddharth Chopra wedding, celebrity rift rumors

Amid swirling speculations about a rift between cousins Parineeti Chopra and Priyanka Chopra, the actress put those rumors to rest by attending the wedding of Priyanka’s brother, Siddharth Chopra, on Friday evening. Parineeti, who had previously shared a cryptic Instagram post fueling talk of a family fallout, appeared visibly happy as she arrived at the wedding with her husband, politician Raghav Chadha.

The couple looked every bit a part of the joyous occasion, with Parineeti in a traditional ethnic ensemble consisting of a red blouse, jacket, and an intricately designed skirt. Raghav, meanwhile, donned a beige kurta paired with a brown Nehru jacket, complementing Parineeti’s attire. Their appearance at the event seemed to dispel any rumors, with the couple exchanging smiles and laughter, showing no signs of tension.

On her Instagram, Parineeti shared a heartwarming video of the varmala ceremony, where Siddharth and his bride, Neelam Upadhyaya, exchanged garlands. Parineeti’s caption read, “Deal is sealed! #SidNee,” capturing a candid moment of the ceremony. Priyanka, along with her husband Nick Jonas, and mother Madhu Chopra were also seen on stage, celebrating the couple’s union.

The rumors of a rift began circulating after Parineeti posted a thought-provoking message on her Instagram earlier this week. The post read, “We’re really on borrowed time. Choose people that choose you, and let everyone else be.” Fans speculated that the cryptic message might reflect Parineeti’s feelings about Priyanka’s absence at her own wedding, although the two have not publicly addressed the issue.

Despite these speculations, Parineeti’s presence at Siddharth’s wedding reassured fans that there is no discord between the Chopra cousins. In fact, the ceremony appeared to be a family affair, with Parineeti’s parents, Reena and Pawan Chopra, along with Priyanka’s mother Madhu, and other family members including her cousins Mannara and Mitali in attendance. Raghav Chadha’s participation further emphasized the united family spirit at the event.

The wedding, an intimate gathering, follows Siddharth’s engagement to actress Neelam Upadhyaya in August 2024. As the couple embarks on their new journey, their family members were present to celebrate the milestone in their lives.

On the professional front, Priyanka Chopra is currently working on the eagerly awaited project SSMB29, starring superstar Mahesh Babu and directed by SS Rajamouli. Fans continue to follow her successful career while celebrating these joyous moments within her family.

As the celebrations unfold, it’s clear that the Chopra family continues to stand strong, putting aside any negative talk surrounding their bonds.
