Ramaskanda Shastry, Ranbir Kapoor’s chef, recently talked about the long preparations required for the movie. For his character, Kapoor needed to put on weight and muscle. Kapoor’s personal chef and fitness trainer created a low-carb, high-protein food plan to help him reach the character’s ideal physique.

Chef Shastry stressed the value of eating a lot of nutrient-dense food in his social media posts about the Animal Diet. Even during the shooting, when Kapoor’s eating habits changed, the diet was closely watched to guarantee consistency. Despite difficult circumstances and shooting locations, Kapoor remained steadfast in his commitment to the diet, which included a morning health shot and a combination of aloe vera, amla, wheatgrass, and turmeric for nutrition.

During the duration of filming, Kapoor abstained from fried foods and desserts, opting instead for basic home-cooked meals that consisted of rice, dal, and veggies. Strictly adhering to the eating regimen, the actor also included green veggies, protein shakes, brown rice or bread, and dried fruits for extra nourishment.

CEO of Habuild Saurabh Bothra, spoke about the importance of basic habits like exercising, eating a balanced diet, and getting enough sleep in the larger context of health and fitness. Bothra emphasised the requirement of moderation, an appropriate exercise regimen, and a well-balanced diet that includes the required amounts of carbohydrates, protein, and fibre.

Along with promoting the sensible but effective habit of coordinating sleep cycles with daylight, he also pushed for the intake of seasonal and local foods in reasonable amounts. Overall, Bothra stressed the significance of daily routines in attaining a favourable change in fitness and health.
