Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar tests Covid-19 positive

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar tested positive for the Covid-19 virus on Tuesday morning. According to the reports, the politician has been suffering from a fever for the past four days.

Reportedly, Bihar CM is currently in isolation at his residence on the advice of doctors.

Chief Minister’s Office issued a statement in which the CM has urged everyone who came in contact with him in the last two three to get tested and take necessary precautions.

Bihar CM had also contracted Covid-19 in January this year and experienced mild symptoms.

CM Nitish Kumar didn’t even attend the swearing-in ceremony of President Droupadi Murmu on Monday in New Delhi as he was not keeping well.

The Covid-19 cases in the country are rising rapidly. Bihar is reporting 300-400 fresh Covid-19 cases in a single day over the past few weeks. The majority of the cases are being reported from Patna. The state’s capital recorded 94 new cases out of 355 cases on July 24.

According to the Union Ministry of Health and Family Affairs data, India reported 14,830 Covid-19 cases in a single day on Tuesday. The country also reported 36 new fatalities. The active Covid-19 cases in the country stand at 1,47,512.

A video of a remarkable style of teaching has come forward from a government school in Bihar, where a teacher can be seen teaching the children Johnny Johnny yes papa rhyme in a unique way. In the video, the teacher and the students can be seen, first singing the rhyme in their native tongue, for the kids to get a better grasp of the rhyme, and then going back to the original rhyme in English. The kid in the video can be seen being engrossed and partaking in the journey of learning.

The video of this unique yet exceptional type of teaching has been making rounds on the internet. The internet has exploded in admiration for the teacher, as many came forward remarking how this way of teaching is the right way. One Twitter user, while complimenting the teacher, wrote these types of teachers are the ones who should be given the tag of educators for making learning fun for the kids while adding that others who do not practice a similar kind of enthusiasm for teaching are just doing it for the sake of the job and to get paid.

Another user added to the conversation by stating that the teacher and the students are exuberating a type of energy that is matchless and added that the collaboration of the students and teacher in the video is remarkable.

Another video that corresponds with the unique and remarkable way of teaching had previously surfaced on the internet, where a teacher, in order to make the students learn Hindi grammar, drew out a singing performance by the kids where they sang about what are pronouns, verbs, and adjectives in Hindi grammar.

The video was loved and appreciated by a lot of people on the internet as many came forward to appreciate the teaching style while others lamented why they were not exposed to a similar type of teacher back in their day.

Bihar: Class 9 student stabbed to death by fellow students, accused post status on Facebook before killing him

A student of Class 9 was stabbed to death by his fellow students on Wednesday morning. An incident has come to light in the Saran district of Bihar’s Chhapra. The deceased student was identified as Aditya Tiwari, a resident of Bhatkesari village in the Jalalpur police station area.

Reports state that there was a brawl between two groups of students when the accused stabbed Aditya multiple times. All the students fled after the incident. The police are investigating the case, and a search for the accused is underway.

Aditya used to go to a coaching center located in Bhatkesari village. A day before he was murdered, he had an argument with some other students in the coaching center. After that, students of the other group took to Facebook 2 hours before committing a crime. The accused shared a cryptic post that read, “Khela Hobe.”

The students from the other group were already present at the school when Aditya arrived the following day to give an exam. The group started attacking Aditya as soon as he arrived. The group stabbed him several times and later fled the spot.

Some of Aditya’s classmates rushed him immediately to the Jalalpur Health Center, where the doctors declared him dead.

Various students have reached Jalalpur and are protesting for justice. The search to identify the accused students is underway.

Earlier in August, a class 12 student was killed in a fight that broke out in a Bengaluru college. As per the reports, Arbaaz Mohammad, 18, and one of his seniors got into a verbal altercation at the college fest a few days ago. Arbaaz was stabbed to death in front of his college as the altercation escalated into violence between two gangs.

Former Bihar Deputy CM Sushil Modi gets death threat, sender claims to be Trinamool Congress leader

The Former Deputy Chief Minister, Sushil Modi, on Tuesday, received a death threat via a letter which was addressed to him. In the letter, while giving the death threat, the sender informed that he is a leader of the Trinamool congress party. The sender of the death threat also referred to themself as Champa Soma.

In the typed-out letter, the person giving the threat wrote that he is a leader of the Trinamool Congress party, and he proclaimed that Mamata Banerjee would be the next Prime Minister of India. While adding to the proclamation, the sender also stated that the former deputy chief minister and MP, Sushil Modi is a pet of Home Minister Amit Shah and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The writer of the threat also added his inclination toward West Bengal Chief Minister, Mamata Banerjee and the Bihar Chief Minister, Nitish Kumar. At the end of the letter, the threat giver has announced that he will kill the former Deputy Chief Minister, Sushil Modi before or on 31st September.

The threat was sent via speed post from the Purba Bardhaman district of West Bengal. The police are yet to make an official statement on the matter.

The former Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar and BJP MP, Sushil Modi recently surfaced for launching the current chief minister of Bihar, Nitish Kumar on the news. Sushil stated that the current chief minister of Bihar, Nitish Kumar, had hardly managed to win two seats before he joined hands with the BJP to form a government in Bihar. Sushil Modi, further added that Nitish Kumar’s seat share only increased in the polls when he contested with the support of the BJP.

Sushil Modi also proclaimed that, now, without Modi’s face, Nitish Kumar doesn’t stand a chance in Uttar Pradesh and even in Bihar the current chief minister of Bihar would find it difficult to open his account.

A similar incident has transpired back in July when Rajasthan’s BJP Rajya Sabha MP, Kirodi Lal Meena, informed the media that a death threat was sent to him via a letter in which the sender had threatened him for aiding the family of Kanhaiya Lal, the victim of a targeted killing in Udaipur which transpired after BJP spokesperson shared blasphemous comments on Prophet.
