Shraddha Kapoor

Shraddha Kapoor is one of the most loved actors in the film industry today. The 36-year-old actor, who is known not just for her acting prowess, is celebrating her birthday today.

Kapoor is not only confined to acting but has also won plaudits for her incredible dancing skills, melodious voice, and sartorial fashion choices. She is often called one of the most humble and down-to-earth celebrities in the industry.

She started her acting career with the film ‘Teen Patti’ in 2010 alongside stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Ben Kingsley and R. Madhavan. The film did not perform well and her debut was an unsuccessful one. She went unnoticed, however, there was no turning back from that moment.

On her birthday, let’s take a look at her best Bollywood moments.

Her Shining Moment

Kapoor came back strong with her second film, alongside Aditya Roy Kapur, Aashiqui 2. It became one of the highest-grossing films of 2013 and Shraddha became the most in-demand actor in Bollywood, getting applauded for her role.

The Performing Star

After the success of Aashiqui 2, she mesmerised the audience and critics equally with her incredible performances in films like Haider, ABCD 2, Ek Villain, Half Girlfriend, and many more.

Admirable Record

Even though Saaho did not perform that well at the box office, the actors were praised for their chemistry and acting. After Saaho, Kapoor has not had any flop films and is today one of the most successful actors in Bollywood.

A phenomenal dancer

The actor has shown time and again that she is an all-in-one package. Playing the role of a dancer in ABCD 2, she was then hailed as the best female dancer in the industry.
She kept on treating her fans with more groovy dance numbers like Psycho Saiyaan (Saaho), Milegi Milegi (Stree), Show Me The Thumka (Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar), Illegal Weapon (Street Dancer) and many more.

A remarkable singer

She is also a trained classical singer and debuted with Galliyan in her film Ek Villain. She won hearts with her melodious voice in Bezubaan Phir Se (ABCD 2), Sab Tera (Baaghi), Tere Mere Dil (Rock On 2), and more.

Shraddha’s share of controversies

Shraddha Kapoor had been rumoured to have dated her co-star Aditya Roy Kapur during the filming of Aashiqui 2. She was also boycotted by the paparazzi because of misbehaving with the media during the promotions of Ek Villain, where they refused to click her pictures.

She will be next seen in Luv Ranjan’s Tu Jhooti Main Makkar opposite Ranbir Kapoor. The film is set to release on March 8 and is being loved by the looks of it, on social media.
