Xiaomi will launch its flagship smartphone Xiaomi 12 Pro in India today, April 27, 2022. Along with this premium smartphone, the company will also launch Xiaomi Pad 5 and Xiaomi Smart TV 5A.

The company has been advertising Xiaomi 12 Pro, Xiaomi Pad 5, and Xiaomi Smart TV 5A on its social media platform for the last few days. Xiaomi 12 Pro has already been introduced in the Chinese market. This phone will be the first phone from the company to come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor.

At the same time, talking about the company’s Smart TV 5A, it will be an upgraded version of the Mi TV 4A that came last year, in which the company has made many improvements. It has been listed on the e-commerce platform, Flipkart. At the same time, the company will also launch Xiaomi Pad 5 today. This flagship event of Xiaomi will be live-streamed through the company’s social media platforms and official YouTube channel.

Xiaomi 12 Pro has been launched in the Chinese market. It has a 6.73-inch AMOLED display, which supports 120Hz refresh rate. In addition, the display of this flagship phone will also support 2K resolution (3200 x 1440 pixels) and HDR10 +. Xiaomi 12 Pro gets Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor with UFS 3.1 storage support.

Also, it will support up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. Talking about its camera, a 13MP camera is given at the back and an 8MP selfie camera.

The company has listed this smart TV of Xiaomi on the e-commerce platform Flipkart. However, not much details have been shared about this TV. It will come with a Vivid display panel and a bezel-less design. This smart TV will be offered in three screen options i.e; 32 inches, 43 inches, and 55 inches.

In China, the Xiaomi 12 Pro has been launched at an initial price of CNY 4,699 (approximately Rs 56,300). In India, this phone can be offered in the price range of the OnePlus 10 Pro i.e. starting price of Rs 66,999.

Samsung Galaxy S25 FE, which was unveiled globally on September 4, is yet to receive official pricing for the Indian market. However, a fresh leak indicates that the handset could debut in India at the same price point as its predecessor, the Galaxy S24 FE.

Expected price and availability in India

According to tipster Yogesh Brar, the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE may be priced at ₹59,999 for the base 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant in India. This matches the launch price of last year’s Galaxy S24 FE, which started at ₹59,999 for the same configuration. The higher 8GB RAM + 256GB model of the S24 FE was earlier priced at ₹65,999.

Globally, the Galaxy S25 FE has been introduced at $650 (around ₹58,000) for the base variant and $710 (around ₹63,000) for the 8GB + 256GB version. In India, the smartphone is expected to go on sale in October, similar to last year’s rollout schedule for the S24 FE.

The phone is offered in Icyblue, Jetblack, Navy, and White colour options.

Lava has introduced its latest entry-level smartphone, the Lava Yuva Smart 2, in India. Priced at Rs 6,099, the device offers a large display, a massive battery, and dual cameras, making it a budget-friendly choice for first-time smartphone buyers.

The Yuva Smart 2 is priced at Rs 6,099 for the single 3GB RAM + 64GB storage variant. It will be available in Crystal Blue and Crystal Gold colour options. Lava has announced doorstep service across India, though official sale dates are yet to be disclosed.
