South Africa won the toss of the fifth and the final match and opted to field against India. IND vs SA T20 match is levelled at 2-2 and the series-deciding T20 International match will be played at Bangalore’s Chinnaswamy stadium.
However, the match had to begin at 7:00 pm but due to rain the match has been postponed. Now if the first ball is not played before 9:30, the match will be postponed for tomorrow. And if the match begins around 8:00 pm, then both the teams will get to play 20-20 overs.
In the absence of South African skipper Temba Bavuma, Keshav Maharaj will be leading his side. Temba is not playing today’s match due to his injuries.
The South Africa tour is India did not start how Indian fans expected as men in blue lost the first two consecutive matches by 7 and four wickets. But the Indian team made a sloid comeback and thrashed South Africa easily in the third and fourth match. Now the last match will be a decider as the IND vs SA T20 series is poised at 2-2.
South Africa has also made three changes with Reeza Hendricks, Tristan Stubbs, and Kagisio Rabada coming in place of Tabraiz Shamsi, Temba Bavuma and Marco Jansen. However, the Indian side will remain unchanged.
