Film Certificate Appellate Tribunal upholds Censor Board decision to not screen Joker on TV channels
Censor Board has decided that Joaquin Phoenix-starrer Joker won’t be aired on TV channels since the movie glorifies violence. The Film Certificate Appellate Tribunal (FCAT) has upheld the decision of Censor Board.
