With the first phase of polling in 13 constituencies of 81-member Jharkhand Assembly concluded peacefully with 62.87 voter turnout, all the parties have begun heated campaigning for the second phase elections.
Twenty constituencies will go to polls in the second phase on the 7th of December, while the polling in seventeen constituencies spread over eight districts, will be held in the third phase on 12th of this month.
Prime Minister Modi is in Jharkhand to address two poll rallies in Khunti and Jamshedpur, ahead of the second phase of polling. Its national president Amit Shah, working president JP Nadda besides Union minister Nitin Gadkari are scheduled to address rallies at different locations, even as the state unit is also preparing for rallies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is likely to address public meetings in Medininagar and Gumla on November 25.

Prime Minister Modi appealed to the people to turn up in large numbers to vote and expose the lies of Congress and Jharkhand Mukti Morcha. He warned people to remain beware of Congress. If they come to power they are going to loot Jharkhand of its mineral wealth, said Prime Minister.
The BJP has made many efforts to promote tourism in the state. The government is giving a special focus to tribal areas. It was the BJP government led by Atal Bihari Vajpayee at the Centre, which carved out Jharkhand from the erstwhile state of Bihar and created a separate ministry for tribal affairs.
BJP is the party that is known for serving people. While the governments led by Congress in states where they are in power have failed to keep their word and as a result, people have been forced to take to the streets against their anti-people policies.
The BJP government at the in Centre and the state have worked together to make the lives of farmers and tribals easier. There is a direct transfer in the bank accounts of farmers.
The BJP government in Jharkhand has broken the back of Naxalism. Some miscreants wanted to disrupt the polling, but we brought them down to their knees.
We abolished Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, a mess created by the Congress party and handled it sensitively so that our people are not troubled.
We brought electricity to the places where earlier opposition leaders did not even bother to visit. It is the BJP, which brought the magic of solar power to Jharkhand.
