Since Allu Arjun visited Nandyal to support his uncle Pawan Kalyan’s political opponent, Silpa Ravichandra Kishore Reddy, ahead of the Andhra Pradesh elections, speculation about a rift between the Konidela and Allu families has intensified. Recently, Ram Charan unfollowed Allu Arjun on Instagram, prompting fans to suspect that tensions might be present. Ram Charan Unfollows Allu Arjun Keen-eyed fans noticed that Ram Charan unfollowed Allu Arjun on Instagram while still following his brother, Allu Sirish. Ram’s wife, Upasana Konidela, continues to follow Allu Arjun on both his public and private accounts. Meanwhile, Allu Arjun follows only his wife, Allu Sneha Reddy, on Instagram, while Sneha maintains her follow of Ram. This situation has led fans to speculate about a fallout between the cousins, especially considering that Sai Durgha Tej unfollowed Arjun on social media last year.
Reactions on Social Media Discussions among fans of both actors have erupted on X (formerly Twitter) regarding the potential implications of the unfollow. One fan remarked, “A few years back, Allu Arjun unfollowed everyone on Instagram except his wife, and now Ram Charan has unfollowed him. Allu Arjun didn’t tweet or congratulate him on Game Changer… is there some conflict between them?”
Some fans of Charan supported him, pointing out that since Arjun doesn’t follow him, Ram’s unfollowing isn’t an issue. One commented, “If Allu Arjun doesn’t follow Ram Charan, then it’s fine for RC to unfollow him too.” Another added, “As if Allu Arjun follows Ram Charan, it should ideally work both ways.”
Conversely, Arjun’s fans found it peculiar that Charan chose to unfollow him now, especially since Arjun has always followed very few accounts, “Allu Arjun has never followed anyone except his wife; why did Ram Charan unfollow him now? If the first to not follow isn’t a problem, then what’s going on?”
Allu Aravind’s Remarks About Game Changer This news follows a recent incident involving Allu Aravind, whose comments regarding Game Changer’s box office performance sparked backlash from Charan’s fans. At the pre-release event of Thandel, he made light of producer Dil Raju due to the film’s failure, even while his other release, Sankranthiki Vasthunam, performed well.
After facing criticism, Allu Aravind addressed the issue at a press conference, stating, “This is emotional and personal for me, and I felt the need to clarify it. When I spoke about Dil Raju, I only meant that he experienced both losses and gains within a week. I didn’t intend for this to be misunderstood.”
He went on to express that Charan is ‘like a son to him’ and acknowledged that he should not have raised the topic in the first place.
